Ingredients
STEAKS: 1 Tbs McCormick® Steak Seasoning
4 (2-inch thick) boneless ribeye steaks
ROMESCO SAUCE: 1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup Fisher® Roasted Salted Almonds, roughly chopped
1/3 cup marinara sauce
1 Tbs flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 Tbs sherry vinegar
1/2 tsp McCormick® Paprika
1/4 tsp McCormick® Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Rub steak seasoning into both sides of steaks. Set aside to come to room temperature.
- To make the sauce, place all ingredients (except olive oil) in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. With motor running, slowly add olive oil. Process until smooth.
- Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat (or broil 3 to 4 inches from heat) until meat reaches desired doneness. A thermometer should read 135° F for medium-rare, 140° F for medium or 145° F for medium-well. Serve steaks with Romesco sauce.
